1. Open xs++ (download from here).
2.Press "connect"
3.Connect your Sony-Ericsson through usb cable holding "c" on the phone's keyboard.
4.Your OS (windows XP, Vista/7) will ask for flash drivers.
5.Unrar drivers from this link : https://se-side.board-directory.net/modding-tools-programs-f16/xs-v32-t2.htm
6.Make windows install drivers from there.
Done!
